Camp Resort accommodations are available for check-in at 3:00 pm - 10:00 pm MT at the General Store, Buffalo Ridge Outfitters. If you think you will be arriving after 10:00 pm MT, just let us know so we can make a note on your reservation. For late cabin, tent and teepee arrivals, an envelope will be waiting at the General Store welcome box with a key to your cabin and a map to your site. The front desk is located at the General Store and is open from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm MT. Reservations are guaranteed until 9:00 am MT the following morning of first reservation date (arrival date). If you do not contact the property before this time notifying that you will be a late arrival, you agree to forfeit the reservation. At that time NO REFUND IS DUE, the site can be resold at the discretion of the property.
We will be sad to see you go, but check out is at 11:00 am MT.
There is no overflow parking next to the RV sites. Overflow parking is meant to house extra cargo or utv trailers. It is on the far opposite side of the campground.
Dogs are allowed in the Camping Cabins & Standard Teepees for $10; Glamping Tents & Luxury Teepees for $25 per pet/night. The Wedge Cabins and Treehouses are for $50 per pet/night. Pet fees are collected at the time of check-in. To assure the comfort and safety of your pets, our staff, and other guests, we have established a few basic policies. Pets must be kept on a leash, picked up after, and not left unattended while the guest is away.
Payment is due 24 hours before arrival and will be automatically charged to your credit card by Buffalo Ridge Camp Resort.
Cancelations made outside of 24 hours prior to arrival date are non-refundable. Advanced Purchase rates are full payment at the time of booking, non-refundable. All service fees are non-refundable.
