To our valued guests, in response to COVID-19, we’ve reimagined our operations & environment to help curb the spread of the virus. While there is no proven playbook for the current challenges we face, you have our commitment that we will continue to be driven by the safety and well-being of our staff and guests as we execute and evolve these safety protocols and policies. Here’s what we’re doing to keep this hotel a clean, safe, and relaxing destination:
Following CDC guidelines, we have already increased the amount of routine cleaning and disinfecting, with a focus on high-touch surfaces in common-areas.
Hand sanitizer will be readily available throughout the property.
Guests are encouraged to wear masks in all public areas.
Physical layouts are arranged to provide for appropriate distancing in common areas.
Removal of most in-room collateral (like tour guides, local menus, pens, paper) from all rooms and making them only available upon request.
Rooms will not be serviced daily by housekeeping. Fresh linens and towels are available on request.
We have implemented employee-screening measures to assess the signs and symptoms of infection and the possibility of recent exposure to someone infected with the virus.
Note: We ask that guests abide by a similar self-screening protocol prior to arriving and during their stay. If you have any reason to believe you’ve been exposed to the virus, we strongly urge you to follow CDC guidelines for self-quarantine and stay safe at home. We will look forward to welcoming you once the self-quarantine period is complete.
Employees will be provided and required to wear an approved mask while on property.
We’ve introduced enhanced cleaning and disinfection for housekeeping, with an emphasis on the sequence of service and allowing required times for all disinfectant solutions to kill the virus effectively.
Housekeeping staff will wear masks and gloves while cleaning each room and washing hands and changing gloves between each guest room.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), our property is taking steps to help protect the safety of our guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. For your safety, we have moved from a hot breakfast to a grab-and-go breakfast to enjoy in your private space.
