Written Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the arrival date are nonrefundable.

Sturgis Cancelation

Guest must cancel four weeks prior to the arrival to receive a refund for the booking. 50% of the total amount due will be paid 30 days prior to the arrival date. This deposit amount is nonrefundable if reservations are canceled.

Check-In

Camp Resort accommodations are available for check-in at 3 pm - 10 pm MT at the General Store, Buffalo Ridge Outfitters. Although, our staff is there 24 hours a day. If you think you will be arriving after 10 pm just let us know so we can make a note on your reservation. For late arrivals, an envelope will be waiting at the General Store welcome box with a key to your cabin and a map to your site. The front desk is located at the General Store and is open from 7 am to 10 pm MT. (October 1st-16th Hours: 8 am to 8 pm MT)

Check Out

We will be sad to see you go, but check out is 11 am MT.

Pets Welcome

We love our animals, Pets too. So, of course, our furry friends are always welcome at the Ridge! Being a “Pet-Friendly” resort means more than just allowing pets on the premises. It means welcoming your pet and providing the accommodations to make them as comfortable as possible. Dogs are allowed in the Camping Cabins & Standard Teepees for $10; Glamping Tents & Teepees for $25; and the Deluxe Cabins for $50. Pet fees are per stay and collected at the time of check-in. To ensure the comfort and safety of your pets, our staff, and other guests, we have established a few basic policies. We ask that the owners be courteous to other guests and follow the pet policies signed at check-in. Pets are to be kept on a leash and not left unattended at any time. For your convenience, you'll find doggie bag stations around the Camp Resort to clean up after your pet.

Buffalo Ridge Outfitters

Open 7 am - 10 pm (October 1st-16th Hours: 8 am to 8 pm), visit the General Store for all mountain must-haves like firewood, smores, personal items, unique gifts, apparel, snacks, and cold brew. Linens are available for rent to use in all camping cabins and standard teepees. We have what you crave plus board games, movies, books to check-out!
